I will work with you to perform all the day-to-day accounting work necessary for your business.
- Accounts Payable – invoice entry, monitor due dates, prepare checks or electronic payments, pay vendors, reconcile vendor statements, prepare 1099’s annually
- Accounts Receivable – invoice customers, record receipts, make deposits, collect outstanding receivables
- Payroll – prepare payroll checks or direct deposits, file payroll tax returns, and submit withholding taxes
- Inventory – assist with physical inventory counts and reconcile the results to the general ledger
